Demolition and drilling of the concrete foundations; installation of reinforcing bars into the existing foundations; execution of the foundation modification plan; procurement and supply of materials; fabrication, sandblasting, and painting of the steel structure of the industrial shed, handrails, crane girders, walkways, longitudinal trusses, and related steel components; supply and installation of supports for process piping and cable trays; relocation of electrical, drainage, and utility services; execution of piping works; electrical power supply to the equipment; supply and installation of crane rails and conductor rails, including relocation of the paging system; and strengthening of the existing columns and crane girders.
