




Objectives: The objective of implementing this project over a period of 300 working days is to enable the Car Dumper to unload 260 wagons per working day, excluding the time allocated for cleaning, track changeovers, shift changes, and wagon handover to the Car Dumper, which amounts to approximately 6 hours per day. Accordingly, the minimum required unloading capacity will be 15 wagons per hour.

Under Contract No. 48535115, the scope of this project includes the redesign and re-engineering, procurement of equipment, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of the main components of Car Dumper No. 1, including the main wagon tippler structure, drive unit, feeders, blocking plate, clamps, hydraulic system, indexer, feeders, track lock, electrical panels, automation and instrumentation systems, and other related requirements, designed for a 150-ton loading capacity.
The project has been redesigned in collaboration with KMK Company as the designer, utilizing state-of-the-art technology. Ultimately, with the implementation of all these modifications, Car Dumper No. 1 will be capable of unloading 150-ton loads without any limitations.
